Condition: Panel slightly warped, a few chips below the diver, overall in good condition.  In a gilded carved wood frame with intricate shell and foliate motifs.

Charming picture of innocence, there are infants finding sea life in a rock pool before a naked boy who is readying himself for a dive.  A lovely representation of summer with gentle hues of blue and pink.

This is very reminiscent of works by Henry Scott Tuke
